Tavistock announces five homebuilders for Weslyn Park neighborhood in Sunbridge

Tavistock Development Company announced the first five homebuilders for its first residential neighborhood in the Sunbridge master-planned community on Wednesday and also committed to making the community the first in Osceola County to offer high-speed internet service to all its residents.

Sunbridge spans 27,000 acres in Osceola and Orange counties. Weslyn Park’s first phase will feature 577 homes at build out. Construction of the neighborhood began this spring with plans to open fall 2021.

The initial homes in Sunbridge’s Weslyn Park neighborhood will be designed and built by Ashton Woods, David Weekley Homes, Craft Homes, Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers. All five have built and sold homes in Lake Nona’s Laureate Park, which served as a template for Weslyn Park, and Pulte is already selling in Sunbridge through its Del Webb brand.

Craft Homes was previously owned by Tavistock and was sold earlier this year to Dream Finders Homes as part of its acquisition of Century Homes.

Five homebuilders were announced for phase 1 of Weslyn Park in Sunbridge. The temporary sales center and welcome center will be nearby at Base Camp. (Tavistock Development Co.)
